Hoi Hup-Sunway wins Plantation Close EC Parcel B

A joint venture between Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Development was awarded the executive condo (EC) site at Plantation Close with a top bid of $423.38 million or $701 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr) on Feb 14. The 215,691 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site can be developed into a new 560-unit EC.

Timeline - Bridging Loan

Understand when and how a bridging loan is used during your transition from HDB to EC. Typically, marketing for your HDB unit begins before the TOP of your EC. Below is the HDB transaction process and the timeline for the bank’s disbursement of funds to the developer upon request.

Bank disburse Bridging Loan amount to Developer
